I'm a North Carolina native and graduated from Duke University. I then attended both the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and School of Law and graduated with a joint Master of Business Administration in Finance and law degree, Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude. I'm licensed to practice in both Georgia and North Carolina.

After graduating law school, Mr. Reynolds went on to practice at some of the world’s most prestigious international law firms including Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney (Pittsburgh), Dechert (Philadelphia), and most recently King & Spalding (Atlanta).
