I practice land use and zoning, environmental and natural resources, and real property law, with a focus on litigation. I assist developers and property owners in negotiating the myriad of local, state and federal laws and regulations governing the development of property. Additionally, I assist clients in conducting environmental due diligence, and in securing incentives for redevelopment of contaminated property.

I am a graduate of Palatka High School and the seventh generation of a Putnam County family. After graduating as Palatka’s first National Merit Scholar, I attended St. Johns River Community College and obtained my B.A. with honors and J.D. from the University of Florida.
