John B. Rediker has a varied litigation practice which involves real estate litigation, construction litigation, landlord tenant law, environmental law, securities litigation and general commercial and business litigation. Mr. Rediker has litigated a number of complex multi-party cases before state and federal courts throughout the state of Colorado and the United States. Greg practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and appeals. He has represented individuals, financial institutions, and commercial enterprises in a variety of commercial, construction, landlord-tenant, employment, financial, insurance, and real estate disputes in state and federal trial courts. In 2011, Greg helped three different clients obtain jury verdicts that led to judgments of over $1 million.
