Originally from Maryland, I came to California in 1995 and I have been practicing law successfully here in the LA area ever since. I left the big firm environment over 3 years ago to open my own solo practice in Toluca Lake.

I represent clients in real estate, commercial, construction and business litigation and transactions. My clients are financial institutions, contractors, owners, developers, private lenders and small businesses. In addition to litigation matters, I prepare and negotiate real estate documents, commercial leases, forbearance agreements, and handle loan workouts. I provide private general counsel services to businesses.
