My mission is to promote justice and equality, using existing laws and creating additional laws to protect people's constitutional rights.

I have a general civil practice, emphasizing real estate, personal injuries and collections. I presently have cases in San Joaquin, Alameda, Santa Clara and Stanislaus counties. As a sole practitioner I am the attorney who handles all aspects of all of my cases. I have 39 years experience, and I try to settle cases when possible, otherwise I try to get the best results without unnecessary problems and costs.
