My mission is to promote justice and equality, using existing laws and creating additional laws to protect people's constitutional rights.

I have a general civil practice, emphasizing real estate, personal injuries and collections. I presently have cases in San Joaquin, Alameda, Santa Clara and Stanislaus counties. As a sole practitioner I am the attorney who handles all aspects of all of my cases. I have 39 years experience, and I try to settle cases when possible, otherwise I try to get the best results without unnecessary problems and costs.

Mr. Khalfin is managing attorney of Vaksman Khalfin, PC and oversees its Business Law, Trusts and Estates, Real Estate and Civil Litigation matters. He has significant experience in developing legal strategy, counseling clients in practical solutions, and building and managing legal teams.
