I am a former college football player who had the privilege of playing at Nebraska Wesleyan University and Ohio Northern University. Currently, I practice law at Ramey & Flock in Tyler, Texas. My practice areas include sports law, estate planning, and business litigation. I am dedicated to advocating for players, student-athletes, coaches, teams, organizations, and universities to achieve optimal outcomes. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fallin worked in the corporate world in the insurance and oil & gas industries.

Frank grew up in El Paso, Texas and attended Texas Tech University for both undergraduate studies and law school. After passing the bar exam in 1982 he worked in El Paso for 3 years as prosecutor before moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He has had his own firm since 1993.
