As a long-time resident of Killeen, she has many roots in the community and has earned a reputation for being a relentless advocate for her clients. Roger Yokubaitis concentrates on representing clients that have claims against debtors in bankruptcy cases all over the United States, including the preparation, filing and prosecution of secured and unsecured claims, the defense of objections to claims, the review of and advice to claimants regarding chapter 11 disclosure statements and proposed plans of reorganization, the voting on and objecting to confirmation of plans of reorganization, and all other phases of representation of creditors in bankruptcy cases.
