Attorney Lutz (Nick) is a lifelong resident of Berwick, Pennsylvania, where he resides with his wife, Kirstin, and daughter, Addie. Rounding out the family are three dogs – Roxanne, Reggie, and Dylan and last-but-not-least a cat named Stevie Nicks.

I am a solo practice elder law attorney with a Masters in finance. I focus mainly in the area of elder law which includes Probate, Estate Planning, Guardianship, Will Preparation, Estate Planning, Trusts, Deeds, Power of Attorney, Medicaid planning, Special Needs Trusts, Caregiver Agreements.
