Thomas McIntosh has practiced for more than 30 years trying well over 100 jury and bench trials. He graduated from Occidental College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and then American College of Law graduating with honors while receiving his Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the California bar in 1988, and the Federal bar in 1989.

Jeffrey Lohman graduated with honors from Western State College of Law in 2014 and is admitted to practice in the state of Arizona as well as the federal districts of Minnesota, Colorado, Eastern District of Texas, and Arizona. Jeff is not licensed to practice in California.

Over the past three years, Jeff has gained considerable experience in state and federal court as well as being lead counsel in hundreds of consumer arbitration matters. His experiences both in and out of court give him a unique perspective about matters of litigation.

Eric Smith received his bachelor’s degree from UCSD in 1995 and his law degree from Pepperdine University in 1997. Eric holds the Certified Financial Planner(TM) designation. He has been a securities dispute arbitrator for FINRA and taught retirement planning classes for Cal Lutheran’s MBA program. He is a member of the California Bar, the Ventura County Bar Association, and the Financial Planner’s Association of Ventura County.
