Heather's law experience brings extensive real-world criminal and juvenile crime knowledge from spending nine years as a deputy prosecutor. She has expanded the Law Group's practice areas to include probate and estate planning, bankruptcy, and domestic relations. She is a proud University of Arkansas School of Law alumnae, who continues to donate more than 100 hours annually to coach the law school's Student Trial Advocacy Team.

Laura maintains a focus on probate and estate planning in addition to real estate matters including deed preparation.

Laura is from central Arkansas and moved to Fayetteville eight years ago. Laura graduated from Bryant High School and then earned a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida. She received her law degree from the University of Arkansas Bowen School of Law.

I am an Arkansas native married to my high-school sweetheart and we have 4 wonderful, small children. I chose to focus on the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Guardianships, and Business Formation after my father passed away while I was in law school. Fortunately, because my parents had completed their estate planning, we, as a family, were able to focus on honoring my father’s memory rather than having to worry about my father’s property and his estate. Mary K. Walker practices primarily in the fields of agricultural law and civil litigation, including real estate and probate law.
