Laura is from central Arkansas and moved to Fayetteville eight years ago. Laura graduated from Bryant High School and then earned a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida. She received her law degree from the University of Arkansas Bowen School of Law.

Heather's law experience brings extensive real-world criminal and juvenile crime knowledge from spending nine years as a deputy prosecutor. She has expanded the Law Group's practice areas to include probate and estate planning, bankruptcy, and domestic relations. Kevin graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement. He went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor Degree from UALR Bowen School of Law. He is licensed with Arkansas State Courts as well as the Arkansas Eastern and Western Federal District Courts. I began my career as a lawyer at Martin Attorneys, P.A. in 2000 and spent many years working as a consumer bankruptcy attorney. In 2024, I started my own practice, Trey Robbins, PLLC, located at 8 E. Main St., Farmington, Arkansas. In addition to my bankruptcy practice, I also focus on estate planning, probate, and business formation.

Joe Byars has over 25 years of experience in private practice. He began his practice in Dallas, Texas, handling business and employment law issues of all types. Since moving to his hometown of Fort Smith,Arkansas, his practice has focused on civil litigation, including personal injury law,employment law, and complex business litigation in many areas, including antitrust, and healthcare. Joe also handles estate planning, business transactions and regulatory issues.

I am an Arkansas native married to my high-school sweetheart and we have 4 wonderful, small children. I chose to focus on the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Guardianships, and Business Formation after my father passed away while I was in law school. Fortunately, because my parents had completed their estate planning, we, as a family, were able to focus on honoring my father’s memory rather than having to worry about my father’s property and his estate.
