Prior to attending law school at Arizona State University, I worked as a web designer/software developer and helped create award-winning web-based applications for NASCAR®, Henkel®, and others. During my undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, I co-founded a digital advertising company that received significant venture capital.

My practices focuses on representing real estate investors and professionals. I am particuarly knowledgable in creative finance disputes, including "subject to", wholesale, and novation contracts, but our office handles a wide range of real estate litigation matters.
