Mr. Kirshy grew up in a proud military family in New York, spending time some time in both Germany and Italy. He came out to Arizona after high school to attend the University of Arizona for his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Mr. Kirshy then decided to pursue his career in law.

Before being admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, Mr. Kirshy spent time working for an intelligence unit in the Department of Homeland Security targeting transnational criminal and terrorist organizations.

He has practiced law in variety of areas including criminal, immigration and family law matters.

I am an attorney who helps people control what they can while they can by creating effective disability plans for care during one's lifetime and estate plans after death.

My Elder Law services involve counseling overwhelmed families on finding and paying for care they or a loved one may need. Creating plans to meet individual goals include Medicaid and VA applications and creating certain types of trusts to shelter assets.

As part of my Estate Planning services, I create will-based and trust-based estate plans to meet clients' individual goals which range from probate-avoidance to creditor protection for trust beneficiaries.
