The vast majority of lawyers have never tried a case before judge and a jury. I have tried and co-counseled more than a dozen jury trials, resulting in hundreds-of-millions in settlement and verdicts for my clients.

I provide legal services in Kitsap and Jefferson Counties in Western Washington. I am selective about the cases I take so I can provide my clients with full representation and also offer competitive rates within my practice area.

I have practiced in Yakima County for twenty-eight years. I have experience in state and federal court throughout the state of Washington. I am also admitted to practice in Oregon.

After graduating from Port Angeles High School, Joseph Wolfley earned two degrees in Music. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Percussion Performance from BYU-Idaho with a minor in French, then earned a Masters in Musicology from Northwestern University. I grew up in Montana working in my family's construction company, and moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University.
