We practice in Washington and Oregon. Our practice areas are plaintiff personal injury, business and health care law. I graduated from the UW School of Law in 1975.

Russell West took an early retirement from Delta Air Lines in 2004 to pursue his Law Practice and online business www.westfurnishings.com. Passing the WA State Bar exam in 2008, Russell West has been building a successful law practice settling dozens of cases with great outcomes for clients. Presently representing clients for auto accidents, slip and falls, personal injury, DUI's and criminal misdemeanors.

Matt Johnson is a trial lawyer. Matt’s areas of practice include personal injury, wrongful death, timber trespass and insurance bad faith. Matt has more than 15 years of experience settling, mediating, litigating and taking cases to trial.

Matt has handled cases in nearly every County in the State of Washington. He works with our personal injury clients in every county we work, including Thurston, Pierce, Mason, Grays Harbor, Lewis and King. Matt works hard and smart for our clients. He worked as a Teamster for several years while attending law school.
