I was born in Roswell, NM in 1956 and completed my 12th grade at Stavanger American School in Stavanger, Norway in June 1974. I graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice Theory and Research, along with a minor in Government from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas in May 1978. I have been practicing as a personal injury attorney for nearly a decade. After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, I got married, started a family, and then pursued my law degree at South Texas College of Law. My wife, Christie, and I are proud parents to four children, and we reside in Austin, Texas.
