Soobin Lee is an associate attorney at WVFK&N's Chicago office. She concentrates her practice in Medical Malpractice and Wrongful Death litigation. Prior to joining WVFK&N, Ms. Lee has advocated for patients in a number of capacities including birth injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and nursing home cases. Ms. Lee graduated from DePaul University College of Law with a Health Law certificate. In 2016, Ms. Lee served as an intern for the U.S. House of Representatives where she researched public and private health care issues. Ms. Lee is fluent in Korean.

I have almost two decades of litigation expertise in Illinois law, across both state and federal jurisdictions. I am experienced in every phase of trial advocacy and I am a member of the Federal Trial Bar. In addition to my trial work, I preside as Arbitration Chair for both Cook and Lake Counties, as well as for various private organizations. I also serve as a certified mediator for the Chicago Bar Association.

Cole focuses his practice in representing individuals in the area of personal injury and wrongful death matters including medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, automotive and trucking negligence, construction negligence, products liability, premises liability and other professional malpractice. Tyler Berberich dedicates his entire legal practice to representing and defending the rights of injured workers to the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Tyler was raised in southern Michigan, then attended Michigan State University. After college, he moved to Illinois to go to law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law. After graduation, Tyler started his legal career practicing workers’ compensation law in Springfield, Illinois before moving back to Chicago to join Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates, Ltd.

David graduated from Kansas State University where he was not only a member of the school’s first national-qualifying Trial Team but also the head of the university’s judicial system. As the head of the judicial system, David represented victims of sexual harassment, theft, and property damage and advocated for their rights before student and faculty judicial review boards. After college, David moved to Chicago, where he went to the Chicago-Kent College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude.
