I am currently Litigation Director for Denning Moores APC and litigating cases in the areas of Civil Appeals and Writs, Medical Malpractice, Elder Abuse, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Real Estate and Land Use, Commercial Contracts, Construction Defect and Complex Business Litigation. Most of my background is in civil appeals and writs, which has given me a unique perspective on trial practice in vast areas of the law.

Thomas McIntosh has practiced for more than 30 years trying well over 100 jury and bench trials. He graduated from Occidental College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and then American College of Law graduating with honors while receiving his Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the California bar in 1988, and the Federal bar in 1989.

Attorney Joseph A. Weber has represented thousands of people and businesses in bankruptcy. He is a graduate of St. Leo University, the American College of Law, and has been a member of the Orange County Bar Association, The National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum. After high school, Mr. Long served his country honorably for eight years as a Navy Corpsman. For the first two years, Mr. Long worked in the ICU at Oak Knoll Naval Hospital. Then, he went on to serve the next six with the Marines on Camp Pendleton. His duties included preventive medicine, combat medicine, combat skills instructor and medical intelligence.
