I am a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, where I served as Editor of the Law Review. I have been in continuous practice since October of 1984. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

From Centre Hall, PA. Attended Penns Valley Area High School, the Pennsylvania State University and Ohio Northern University. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar on October 24, 1979.

I have been practicing law in Central Pennsylvania for 41 years.

John DiBernardino, Esquire has been practicing law since 1986. Originally from the Philadelphia area, he graduated from St. Joseph's Preparatory High School in Philadelphia in 1978. He graduated from American University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor's Degree in 1982. He then attended what is now known as Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE, graduating with his Juris Doctor degree in 1986. Kristin's passion for helping people overcome difficult times drives her, whether in the legal arena or in her community. Kristin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law. After receiving her Juris Doctorate and passing the Pennsylvania Bar, Kristin practiced bankruptcy law before joining The McShane firm as a Criminal Defense Litigation Associate.

Kaitlyn A. Burke is a Palmerton native. Following her graduation from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in International Politics, Kaitlyn went on to Lehigh Carbon Community College and received a certificate in paralegal studies. Kaitlyn continued her legal studies at Widener University Commonwealth Law School where she graduated from in May 2022. While at Widener, Kaitlyn focused her studies on environmental law and received an Environmental Law Certificate in addition to her Juris Doctorate.
