Justin T. Miller serves as Litigation Counsel at the Fairness Center. His work focuses on representing clients in state and federal courts, and before administrative boards.

Attorney Gillespie has nearly 20 years of courtroom litigation experience. He has successfully prosecuted numerous cases as an Assistant District Attorney, including Murder, Arson, White Collar Crimes, Insurance Fraud and Homicide by Vehicle, sex assaults and large-scale drug distribution enterprises. As a civil litigator, he has litigated personal injury, contract, trespass, collection and employment cases.

In recent years, the economy has taken a significant downturn. The corresponding recovery has been slow in coming. Many people in the Johnstown-Altoona area are suffering and hurting. Bankruptcy can be a powerful financial tool to help individuals get a fresh start. I am dedicated to providing affordable bankruptcy services along with a high degree of personal attention.

I joined Reager & Adler following the completion of a clerkship position with the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Before going to law school, I served honorably in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Avionics Technician for the B-1B Bomber. My focus areas are real estate transactions, business law and advisory services, estate planning and administration, land use, zoning, and municipal law. I live in the Harrisburg area with my wife and children, and I enjoy hiking, wood working, and metal detecting.

Kristin's passion for helping people overcome difficult times drives her, whether in the legal arena or in her community. Kristin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh and then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law. After receiving her Juris Doctorate and passing the Pennsylvania Bar, Kristin practiced bankruptcy law before joining The McShane firm as a Criminal Defense Litigation Associate.

My first experience in estate planning was as a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate in 2008 providing legal assistance to active duty members, retirees, and their families. I retired in 2023 after having served in several leadership roles. Supporting our community in this very real and meaningful way is such a rewarding and exciting opportunity to continue making a positive impact in others' lives.
