Stephen was born in Lititz Pennsylvania and graduated from Warwick High School. He furthered his education in graduating with honors from the University of Pittsburgh (B.A.) University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D.) and Villanova University School of Law, Graduate Tax Program (LLM). Stephen founded his law firm in 2013 where he continues to focus on criminal and family court litigation. He resides with his wife Melissa and 2 children, Harrison and Olivia, in Manheim Township.

Martricia McLaughlin graduated magna cum laude from LaSalle University in l976 and from Rutgers School of law in December 1978. She has been active in her profession and community especially regarding non-violence, education and family safety. Lawrence S. Krasner (Larry) was selected to the Law Review at Stanford Law School in '87, focusing on trial lawyering skills. Later, he worked as a public defender in Philadelphia and eventually promoted to the Federal Public Defender's Office in Philadelphia.
