Dean Phillips is an attorney that focuses his practice in corporate and business representation, real estate, and civil litigation. Dean prides himself on his responsiveness and attention to detail. Dean is a 2019 graduate of Allegheny College where he received a bachelor's degree in History, with honors. In 2022, Dean graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar later that year. Dean is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Before beginning his career representing personal injury victims or those who are being treated unfairly by the insurance company, Pino attended college at St. John’s University, where he received his B.A. in 1990. He graduated from Albany Law School of Union University with his J.D. in 1993.
