I have been actively engaged in the practice of law for over 20 years. I concentrate my practice in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights. I have an extensive legal practice representing individuals and businesses in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. I am a member of the Bar Association of Lehigh County as well as a member of the Berks County Bar Association, Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Eastern District Bankruptcy Conference.

While in law school, I was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Advocacy and was recognized in Who’s Who Among American Law Students. Upon receiving my law degree, I received a Commission as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. I was subsequently promoted to Captain and served with distinction, receiving the Army Achievement Medal and Army Commendation Medal. I take DUI defense extremely seriously. With the right knowledge it is possible, and even easy, in some cases to beat DUI charges. I have won several DUI trials, including bench and jury trials.
