With over 20 years of experience, a M.B.A. and B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, I offer comprehensive representation for complex technology and patent law matters. Quynh (“Quinn”) Chen is a bilingual attorney that has been admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit of the United States Appellate Court. Her practice areas primarily focus on family law, entity formations, and intellectual property. Her interest is in software patents and helping underrepresented clients in her community.
