Adam Greenman began his career as a Deputy District Attorney in Multnomah County where he distinguished himself as a skillful trial lawyer and a tireless advocate for justice. I have been an active member of the Oregon State Bar since 1978. I was admitted by the United States District Court in 1985 and by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2001. I am also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Currently, we have a case pending before the United States Supreme Court.

Erick is the founding attorney of Passage Immigration Law. He focuses on helping businesses, individuals and families navigate the immigration maze. Erick lived in Budapest, Hungary for two years where he taught international law. He married a Hungarian woman and they have three dual citizen kids. Erick is licensed to practice law in both California and Oregon and assists immigration clients across the U.S.

Mr. Jacobs received his J.D. from Seattle University in 1979. He is licensed to practice law in all Washington and Oregon state and federal courts. Before creating the NW Injury Law Center, Mr. Jacobs was a partner in a personal injury law firm for over 20 years. He is an active member of the Washington, Oregon and American Trial Lawyers Associations and a frequent lecturer on legal issues for both the Oregon and Washington associations.

Firm Founder/Managing Attorney. Randal attended Portland’s Wilson High School before heading to California for college and then New York for law school. He was lured back to Portland in 1991 to work for a large, regional law firm. Thereafter, he started his own practice in Portland, OR. Amy Fassler is a native Oregonian, born and raised in Tualatin. During her last year in law school, Amy worked as a certified law student at Community Legal Services, assisting low income clients on family law matters. I have practiced law in Portland, Oregon for over 50 years. I was an associate and a partner at Kell, Alterman & Runstein, LLP for over 25 years and now work as a solo practitioner from my home. I attended Colgate University and Suffolk University Law School in Boston. I have served as a member of the Board of Governors and as President of the Oregon State Bar.

Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school. Prior to joining Williams Zografos & Peck in 2001, Dee practiced litigation and appellate law. In her spare time, Dee enjoys volunteering for non-profits, including Dress for Success, and spending time with her family.
