I have a joint degree (MBA and JD) from Willamette University. My practice focuses primarily on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy law. I represent many business owners who want to retain or wind down their businesses through the bankruptcy process. I do not do Chapter 11 business reorg work.

I have practiced law in Portland, Oregon for over 50 years. I was an associate and a partner at Kell, Alterman & Runstein, LLP for over 25 years and now work as a solo practitioner from my home. I attended Colgate University and Suffolk University Law School in Boston. I have served as a member of the Board of Governors and as President of the Oregon State Bar.

Claire Fawcett currently works for Vanderwall Immigration in Beaverton, OR, a firm that helps families and individuals in petitions with USCIS and removal defense. She has been practicing immigration law for almost 10 years. She graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 2013 and is a member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school. Prior to joining Williams Zografos & Peck in 2001, Dee practiced litigation and appellate law. In her spare time, Dee enjoys volunteering for non-profits, including Dress for Success, and spending time with her family.

Ralph Rayburn has 35 years litigation experience.
