With experience as both a construction project manager (superintendent) and as an analyst at a boutique real estate investment firm, Kelly brings a practical and resourceful mindset to his legal practice. ? James Martin has been raising his family on Oregon's south coast since 2008. Previously, he graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1999.
