Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school. Prior to joining Williams Zografos & Peck in 2001, Dee practiced litigation and appellate law. In her spare time, Dee enjoys volunteering for non-profits, including Dress for Success, and spending time with her family.

Ed focuses on matters involving government law, police practices, employment, contracts, personal injury, property damage and professional regulation. He counsels licensed professionals, employers and governmental entities on compliance with administrative, state and federal rules and regulations. I have practiced law in Portland, Oregon for over 50 years. I was an associate and a partner at Kell, Alterman & Runstein, LLP for over 25 years and now work as a solo practitioner from my home. I attended Colgate University and Suffolk University Law School in Boston. I have served as a member of the Board of Governors and as President of the Oregon State Bar.
