Ms. Benn is an accomplished attorney with the ability to create solutions that result in maximized effficiency. Ms. Benn has utilized her skills of persuasion in verbal and written communications in representing clients in various civil litigation matters. As an attorney, she has managed conflict and diffused difficult situations using her strong interpersonal traits to settle and mediate several cases to her clients’ benefit. Ms. Benn has repeatedly demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills throughout her career especially when the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled unanimously in her favor on a case brought before it.

I am Lawrence Goodwin, and I am a divorce and family law attorney in Oklahoma City. I was born and raised in this city, and enjoy working in it as well. I graduated from the Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 1998. After undergraduate school, I attended OCU’s School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2003. I have memberships with the Oklahoma Bar, the Oklahoma County Bar, ABA, as well as the Phi Alpha Delta international law fraternity.

Jim was graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 1973 with a B.B.A. degree in Finance and from The University of Oklahoma in 1976 with a J.D. The first half of his years of practice focused on insurance defense including researching and writing coverage opinions at the request of major insurance companies.
