Ms. Benn is an accomplished attorney with the ability to create solutions that result in maximized effficiency. Ms. Benn has repeatedly demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills throughout her career especially when the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled unanimously in her favor on a case brought before it.

Jonathan E. Shook is a civil litigation lawyer who, since 1999, has focused his practice on representing individuals in matters pertaining to employment law and/or employee benefits. Mr. Shook has successfully represented hundreds of employees who have been wronged by their employers, and he has done so in a wide variety of contexts, including sexual harassment, age discrimination, race discrimination, gender discrimination, and retaliatory discharge.

Matt was born and raised in Oklahoma. He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Business at Oklahoma State University in 2007, before getting his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 2010. He started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Pushmataha County, where he gained trial experience and a working criminal law knowledge. He then went to work as an Associate for Gotcher and Beaver Law Firm in McAlester, with a varied practice from domestic law to criminal defense to personal injury.
