I was born and raised in Marietta; a rural town on Oklahoma's side of the Red River. In 2005 I graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and in 2008 I graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Attorney Jeffrey obtained his degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 2010.
