Ben has been in practice in Pryor Creek, Oklahoma, since 1997. Ben was a partner with local firm of Elliott & Sherrer, P.C., until June, 2006, when he established his solo practice.Ben currently serves as the as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Pryor Creek and is the Town Attorney for the Town of Chouteau. It has been my privilege to defend the Constitution of the United States for my entire professional life. While on active duty in the United States Air Force, I served for 9 years as officer/aviator. Upon my separation from active duty in 2011, I joined the United States Air Force Reserve and have been serving as an officer/aviator in a reserve capacity ever since.
