Bethany Hayes is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati School of Law. She devotes her areas of practice to defending those accused in misdemeanor and felony cases such as assault, domestic violence, drug possession, and gun cases. As well as those struggling with family situations such as dissolution of marriage or child custody disputes. Bethany understands that good people sometimes go through a hard time in life. Anne Ricketts has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 1993. Anne and her husband, Greg, raised their 3 children in Findlay, Ohio. Currently practicing Elder Law and Estate Planning, Anne's focus is on creating a Custom Plan for each client. Her practice extends from Hancock County to surrounding Counties in Northwest Ohio.

Born and raised in Licking County, Attorney Seth Smith earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He went on to graduate from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina. On return to Ohio, Seth interned in the Licking County Prosecutor’s Office where he discovered his passion was actually for criminal defense. Since pursuing private practice, Seth has represented numerous clients charged with felonies, misdemeanors and federal crimes. Jonathan Layman is a native of Central Ohio and a graduate of both the Ohio State University and Capital University Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review.
