Ed has been practicing real estate and general business law for over 50 years. Before engaging as a sole practitioner in 2008, he spent a combined 36 years with two major Cleveland law firms and 8 years as General Counsel for Western Reserve Land Conservancy. In addition to the general practice areas of real estate and business law he has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating conservation easements and other land protection instruments.

Sarah was raised in Rye, New York and after college, she and her husband moved to Northeast Ohio. They raised their three children in Warren, and it has been the family’s home for nearly 30 years.

Jacqueline Mahland graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in May of 2015 and passed the Ohio Bar Exam in October of the same year. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and real estate transactions. Before law school, Jackie earned her Bachelor’s degree in English with honors from Washington & Jefferson College in southwestern Pennsylvania. Jackie is an avid animal lover and spends most of her time outside of work volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation center or training her German Shepherd, Arlo.

I am an Ohio product through and through. After graduating from high school in northeast Ohio, I received my bachelor’s degree in political science/ criminal justice from the University of Akron. I continued on to attend Akron Law School. While attending Akron law school I participated in law review for two years as an assistant editor and associate editor. My time at Akron taught me that success comes to those who work hard.
