Jarod earned his bachelor’s degree in both political science and history from Bowling Green State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2019. While in law school Jarod participated on the executive board of Law Review and the Federalist Society. Born and raised in Licking County, Attorney Seth Smith earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He went on to graduate from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina. On return to Ohio, Seth interned in the Licking County Prosecutor’s Office where he discovered his passion was actually for criminal defense. Since pursuing private practice, Seth has represented numerous clients charged with felonies, misdemeanors and federal crimes. During law school Mr. Everitt worked full-time as the Operations Officer at the Navy Recruiting District in Columbus, Ohio, where he oversaw all aspects of officer and enlisted recruiting throughout Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Before that, his 13 year career in the Navy included naval service as a nuclear trained submarine warfare officer.
