Brittany is a native of Shaker Heights, Ohio, and a die-hard Browns and Guardians fan. She is a proud magna cum laude graduate of the Cleveland State University College of Law. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management. Brittany has a background in real estate litigation, bankruptcy, social security disability, and securities arbitration/litigation. Before going to law school, Brittany was a member of the United States International Figure Skating Team, competing internationally on the Junior Grand Prix Ice Dance Circuit in Ukraine and Czech Republic. After graduating from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2011, Allison immediately opened a law firm focusing on Criminal Defense. Over the past 9 years, she has worked on hundreds of felony cases, misdemeanor cases and criminal appeals. Although Cleveland is the primary location for her practice, Allison has traveled to most counties in Ohio to represent clients in need of services.

Criminal Defense goes beyond representing someone charged with a crime, it's assisting an individual to obtain community services, mental health assistance and addiction relief. Allison works hard to bring compassion to this area of law.

John P. Thomas concentrates his practice in the areas of probate and estate litigation, elder law, estate and trust planning and administration. He has been named a 2010 Rising Star in Ohio Super Lawyers, and received the Ohio State Bar Foundation 2015 Community Service Award for Attorneys 40 and Under in District 18.
