I am a business lawyer, and I have been helping businesses resolve the many legal issues they face, both common and extraordinary, since 1990.

My clients range from startups to middle market companies to Fortune 500 companies. I combine an extensive business and legal education with a wealth of hands-on experience to create solutions that are innovative, yet practical and cost-effective. John has represented developers of planned unit developments, condominiums, and subdivision development, including initial due diligence, purchase documentation, zoning, building codes, restrictions, purchase agreements, and closings. Amy M. Logan was born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio and graduated from Perkins High School. She attended college at Bowling Green State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in business administration. Amy received her law degree in 2002 from the University of Toledo College of Law and is admitted to practice in Ohio and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
