Attorney Amber Stephens was born and raised in rural West Tennessee, hailing from Halls, Tennessee, a small town in Lauderdale County. Ms. Stephens graduated from Halls High School in 2000, continued her studies at Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee, from 2000 through 2003, and then transferred to the University of Tennessee at Martin where she graduated cum laude in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
