Mary Frances Parker has been licensed in Tennessee since 2007. Following a clerkship with the Honorable Judge Royce Taylor, Mrs. Parker joined the firm of Shuttleworth Williams. During law school, Jarrod earned the Graduate Student Service Impact Award and the 3L Pro Bono Student of the Year Award for his strong commitment to public service and volunteer legal work in the community.
