I practice exclusively in the area of family law handling difficult child custody cases, complex equitable distribution matters, alimony, child support and prenuptial agreements. I am a board certified family law specialist and certified by the NC Dispute Resolution Commission as a Mediator.

I am of counsel with the Kellum Law Firm, which has ten offices in North Carolina. I am also a NC DRC-certified mediator. Prior to working for Kellum, I was self-employed in mediation, and prior to that I was a Special Deputy Commissioner at the North Carolina Industrial Commission. I have 16 years' of experience primarily in worker's comp law. I am also conversational in Spanish and am happy to represent Spanish-speaking clients as well as to conduct bilingual mediations. I enjoy representing injured workers from all walks of life.

Bob began his career representing large companies in complex civil and construction litigation at large North Carolina law firms. Bob opened a solo practice to bring big firm legal services to small and mid-sized companies and individuals. Finding the right blend of old fashioned responsive service and cutting edge technology Bob has continued to represent some of the largest companies in North Carolina but is now able to bring affordable legal services to clients large and small.

Glenn was born and raised in Rhode Island. He has traveled and lived in various places during his ten years of service in the United States Marine Corps. Glenn graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2002 with a B.S. in Accounting. He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for two years before attending law school at George Washington University. I received my law degree from North Carolina Central University and now practice in Durham County and surrounding counties. I specialize in guardianship law, estate planning and real estate partitions. As a solo practitioner, I am the person who interacts with my clients, not a staff member.
