FRED L. POLLACK has been providing effective legal representation for clients with criminal, divorce, family law, real estate and landlord-tenant matters for 42 years. In addition to his experience as an attorney, he served for fourteen years as a member of the North Hempstead Town Council and four years as a Commissioner of the North Hempstead Housing Authority. He is active in numerous community activities and has served as an officer and/or director of a variety of non-profit organizations.

Marian Quintero has represented award-winning photographers and business owners in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2022, where she also received a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During law school, she served as Vice President of Financial Affairs for the Moot Court Honor Society and externed for Judge Barbara Areces in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Northern District of Texas.

Stephen J. Penino is a graduate of both Fordham University and the Fordham University School of Law. He commenced the practice of law in 1985 as an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorneyâs Office in New York City. Mr. Penino served as a Prosecutor for nearly four years in both the Rackets & Economic Crime and Homicide Bureaus, where his litigation skills were developed and honed.
