He concentrates in the areas of estate planning and administration including trusts and estates work in Rockland, Weschester, and all downstate counties. He received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 1979 and his Masters of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1984. Kevin has served (and continues to serve) on the Boards and as an adviser to many not-for-profit organizations.
