Mike is Of Counsel in O&A’s Health Law practice group. His practice consists primarily of civil litigation with a focus on appellate litigation and brief writing. Mike litigates across a variety of practice areas, including state and federal constitutional law, administrative law, civil rights, antidiscrimination law, insurance law, commercial disputes, personal injury, and criminal defense. Before joining O’Connell and Aronowitz, Mike was Senior Associate and Deputy General Counsel at a New York City-based firm where his practice was focused on class and collective actions in federal courts. Born and raised in Rockland County, Kevin has been practicing in New City, New York since 1980. He concentrates in the areas of estate planning and administration including trusts and estates work in Rockland, Weschester, and all downstate counties. He received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 1979 and his Masters of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1984. Kevin has served (and continues to serve) on the Boards and as an adviser to many not-for-profit organizations.
