She has experience working in the Bernalillo Court District Attorney’s Office and her strong litigation skills make her a strong leader for the team. Benosi became an Enrolled Agent in 2003 and was authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. As a recent immigrant, Benosi advocated for his non-immigrant and immigrant clients, and his clients asked questions about immigration laws and regulations which he could not answer.
