I am a seasoned education and trial attorney with expertise in gifted, general and special education law, and a particular interest in students who are twice exceptional - both gifted and have a learning disability, ADHD, or other issue that impacts their education. I represent individuals with special needs and their families in the areas of early intervention, special education, bullying and discipline, including discipline at the university level, guardianships, residential placements, transition and adult services.
