Since 2007, I have litigated property tax appeals on behalf of New Jersey property taxpayers before the Tax Court of New Jersey and county boards of taxation throughout the state, resulting in millions of dollars in refunds for my clients. I am also a past chair of the New Jersey Bar Association Tax Section and a current member of the Supreme Court Committee on the Tax Court.

Neha Rao is an associate in Brach Eichler’s litigation group. Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Neha was a litigation associate focused on commercial litigation matters at her previous law firm. She has also previously served as an Assistant Chief Counsel in the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, where she litigated immigration removal cases before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and Board of Immigration Appeals.

Andrew Kuder provides legal counsel to a broad array of health care entities, providers, including physician groups, ambulatory care facilities, telemedicine organizations, and hospitals. Andrew advises clients on health care compliance issues, including Stark law, anti-kickback, and fraud and abuse, physician and other provider contracting, as well as privacy and security and e-commerce issues in the health care space, including HIPAA, FTC Health rules, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, data breaches, and compliance with state-specific privacy and security rules.
