I have been working in the Real Estate and mortgage lending field for the past 27 years representing commercial property owners and lenders. I have worked on a wide range of deals involving multi-family apartment buildings/complexes, retail, office and industrial buildings and large portfolio deals. My lending work has been primarily representing mortgage-based lenders, but I have also represented a number of mezzanine lenders and asset-based lenders as well.

I have specialized in commercial civil litigation for over 25 years. I am a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey and of the State of New York, as well as being admitted in the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, and Southern and Eastern Districts of the State of New York.
