Mr. Seidman began his career at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. During his time as an Assistant Prosecutor, Mr. Seidman served in a variety of roles, including: overseeing investigations conducted by county detectives and police officers; acting as a legal adviser to the Middlesex County Gangs, Guns, and Drugs Task Force; participating in the Special Prosecutions Unit tasked with investigating white collar crime; arguing matters before the Appellate Division; handling forfeiture and expungement matters; and handling hundreds of criminal cases from initial grand jury indictments through plea bargains, trials and sentencing for offenses such as Murder, Drug Distribution, Aggravated Assault,...
