Born in South Dakota, but raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Christopher is proud to have obtained both his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Juris Doctorate from UNLV.

Christopher is a member of the Family Law Bar in Nevada and he is licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

I have maintained my own law practice in Minden, NV since January 2007.. I have been a licensed attorney for over 35 years with the first 11 years of my practice spent representing the elderly and disadvantaged. Besides Nevada I also maintain active law licenses in California, Florida and Tennessee. My practice is a general civil practice, including litigation, arbitration and mediation. Richard F. Cornell has been practicing in Northern Nevada for more than 40 years. He is one of the few Nevada lawyers whose practice emphasizes appeals and post-conviction practice.
